Following a successful Insurance Day Summit earlier in the year, Informa called on us again for technical support for their Insurance Technology Congress.
Spanning 2 days and featuring some of the most important people from the insurance sector, we worked with the Grange City Hotel to make use of their newly installed audio, lighting and video systems, complimented with our control equipment to create a huge virtual set, providing many benefits including saving space in the main room and the cost saving of not having to create and transport a standard set. We also utilised our RevoStage to create a small, tidy stage in front of the virtual set, again benefitting from its small format when collapsed for transportation.
In addition to the main room, we also had a presenter room where everyone taking part could check their PowerPoint, receive their lapel mic and relax before heading to the stage. Further, we provided a number of LCD screens to exhibitors for their own use within their stand and a further 3 to provide information around the exhibition area, all controlled centrally from the presenter room.
Natalia Kay from Informa commented: "Just wanted to say thanks for everything over the past few days. You and your team have been fantastic. As usual it’s been great working with you."
